Spider boss scenario!

This new release comes with the stage and music for the final boss battle have been added! 

The following changes have been included with the release of this new version: 

• background for the spider boss battle scenario!
• added music for final battles!
• New entrance cinematic for the spider boss!

Bug fixes:

• The cursor has been removed from the screen when you pause and use a gamepad.
• Prevent certain residual objects left on the stage from blocking the character and enemies.
• Fixed some visual glitches
